Located in the upper Tampa Bay area, FreshStart began in the fall of 1999 with the purpose of offering an emerging generation a fresh start through a relationship with Jesus Christ and to provide authentic community in which believers can connect with God and grow in their relationship with Him.

You'll find our style is different, casual, and not quite what you would expect from a church. In our gatherings you'll experience gripping drama, cutting-edge music, and thought-provoking videos that combine to help you explore and contemplate spiritual issues. One of the biggest compliments we get is when we hear people tell others, "if you don't like church, you'll love FreshStart."

FreshStart also has a Spanish Speaking Service!  We are pleased to introduce Pastor Bienvenido Diaz.  Pastor Diaz and his wife Millie have been meeting with a group of people interested in the Spanish Service at FreshStart.  Pastor Diaz has planted churches in Oklahoma and Puerto Rico.  He is ordained by the Missionary Church and has served as pastor and superintendent at various times.  We are excited to welcome Pastor Diaz to the staff at FreshStart and doubly excited to be able to expand our outreach at FreshStart to the Spanish community!  ONE CHURCH, two services, reaching to the people in the Tampa Bay area.
